Introduction:
Celebrating Global Citizenship & Diversity In The Heart Of Oneness
Allegorically, or, metaphorically speaking, it refers to Noah’s Ark and symbolizes a vessel which delivers salvation. The number 5 signifies: Five Continents, Five Main Civilizations, Five Main Religions, Five Races (Black, Brown, Red, Yellow, and White), and Five Vital Life Elements (Air, Earth, Water, Fire, and Soul).
ARK5, Is supposed to be the vessel for the deliverance of all of the above-mentiond to a brighter future.
What is SHAHIR and what does it stand for?
In quest of a perfect a world from the time history can recall; many Utopians have come and gone, leaving unfulfilled visions, dreams, and promises behind.
Some had their own genuine ideas, some had built them on the top of the ones left by their predecessors, and others integrated both and created something new. But, they all had at least two things in common. First, they intended to hand a better world to their posterity. Second, they all hoped that someone else would follow their footsteps and keep their dreams alive until they were realized.
Pursuing the same aspirations and hoping to have them realized; we decided to aim for higher than what’s called Utopia. Our goal is set for far beyond Utopia. Our goal is the creation of a new world with higher and broader horizons, and with bluer and brighter skies, where every bird can fly freely and sing its own song.
Why do we call it “Beyond-Utopia”? Because, Utopia is only a blueprint. It has no physical form and is non-existent. But, beyond a blueprint there exist; a house, a castle, or a palace where one can live. So, we are thinking about that house which is built according to a blueprint, a New Blue Print.
To achieve this goal we must integrate the old and new visions and extract the essence of their collective wisdom, plus all that histories have to offer, and, then mobilize and utilize it globally.
Yes, in order to actualize such a long enduring universal dream – we must think universally and move accordingly by acting both locally and globally.The base for this move is SHAHIR GLOBAL FOUNDATION. It is a Non-Profit, Educational, Cultural, Spiritual, Non-partisan, Non-sectarian, Philanthropic Foundation. One of its wing is ARK5, the vessel to carry out such task. It is built on SHAHIR Foundation's principles. It is a parent project on which many other projects are built.
SHAHIR defines the main attributes of the building components in our move. It contains the ingredients and the fundamental values which have been borrowed from, both, the old and new visions and turned into a collective wisdom, and used as our main directive.
So, allegorically, metaphorically, or, biblically speaking; we may reiterate that “God has bestowed upon man the Sacred Honor of being created him in his own image."
Now, have we truly upheld such image, and is the life we lead a reflection of him? The answer is "No", unfortunately, the present man does not represent that image.Therefore, such High Identity ought to be Revived or Restored.
So, we may say SHAHIR stands for:

When and how this idea was conceived?
It all bigan in 1985, when the Middle East war was at its peak and my mind was pre-occupied with finding solutions for world permanent peace by trying to find the root causes of all wars. Deeply immersed in self-confinement and utterly deparded from the vanity world, while living in the heart of it, Los Angeles (the city of angels), and while being extremely worried for my children and being a world away from them who were under constant Iraqi’s fire - I desperately searched for answers to all of that non-sense.
Then, one day while I was watching Television, I heard President George Bush Sr. (the Vice-President under The Late President Reagan who, along with other world leaders, was faced with an impasse` regarding the Middle East crisis) saying “I only wish we had more intelligence forces in the Middle East.” I knew it very well then and I still believe that having inteligent forces on other peoples soil could no longer serve anyone's interest. times of Secret Socities, Clandestine Opertions, and espionage has passed. But having a new open highly inteligent global system to pursue noble global causes with total transparency was vey much needed.
This vision ignited in me the idea for the existence of a globally well harmonized dynamic system among the grassroots societies in the Middle East, and eventually the rest of the world to promote the modern world noble values, such as democracy, freedom, tolerance, and peace while functioning as a self-sustaining global watchdog, and, formed by educated local volunteers with higher ideals.
Such dynamic instrument, while contributing to the health and welfare of their local and global community would be enhancing global peace and security as well, and would be serving much better than those few highly paid idiots whose job is spying on the rest of the world, not having anything to offer nor making the world safer - only making it worse by their costly clandestine operations and destabilizations of social, political, and economic systems in different parts of the world.
Dictatorships, Rogue States, Fanatic Regimes, Extremist, and Fundamentalist Governments - they are all born of their people. In order to bring a change first we have to change the people, but, in order to change the people and the societies first we must change their belief systems, in order to accomplish this we have to work on their thought process and their mindsets. After that, things would automatically work out and changes could be brought about, including changing of governments, states, and their governing systems and their policies. In such societies only universal ideals and extremely idealistic ideas can attract people and grab their attentions, stimulate their minds, give them direction and make them move the way which could help themselves and the world at large. So, today, if there is going to be change - that must be progressive and for the better, otherwise it would never bear fruit.
To this end, SHAHIR FOUNDATION as the base and PCS-G (Perfect Civil Society Global) were onceived. -------------------------------- -------------------------------

The rebirth of conscience and the rise of all the awakened people from every corner of the world, either as individuals or as groups, in all forms and shapes, with a sense of global responsibility and a common goal; who embrace diversity in the heart of unity and see the whole world as a single organism and find no logic in war of man against himself, and condemn all acts of violence regardless of form, reason, or cause, and realize that no military might, neither The United Nation alone can fulfill the mission of saving the world - have given birth to the idea of creating “The New World Nation”, a nation with broader horizons and brighter skies, a nation with no manmade boundaries or frontiers, a nation of peace, freedom, and mankind – a true Earth Nation, A JUST SOCIETY WITH A HIGHER SOCIAL SYSTEM.
SHAHIR FOUNDATION has embarked ARK5, a Worldwide Initiative and a global project under the charter of United Nations, to actualize this universal dream.

3 - Manifesto, Doctrine and Covenants:
They are the declaration and a set of principles by which world peace is achieved and permanently secured.
4 – The World Peace Dome and the Freedom Towers (ARK 5 Physical Icon):
It is a Permanent Planet Earth Monument, an architectural masterpiece to last for ever, and to serve as the corner stone of a new Mecca for all the peace lovers of the whole world. From afar, this Planet Earth Monument would look as a dove on man’s hand palms atop of five huge towers rising together to save and free this bird, each tower is in the shape of a human arm and each hand symbolizing each of the five continents, five great civilizations, and five main religions. Each tower must manifest ultimate grace and glory, the cultural heritage sublimities, and the ingenuity of man’s creative mind and infinite potential. It must be a Manifestation of all that man has leaned through its long history of war and peace collectively. These towers are built on a circular base on a circular or oval shape foundation in the shape of a huge ship (ARK5). The towers serve as its masts with magnificent sails stretched in every direction. They must be built with best and most durable materials like different granites and stainless steel. In their construction, also, must be included half burned, melted, and twisted artilleries (tanks, cannons, bulldozers, plains, rackets, armors, helmets, etc.) in an artistic manner to demonstrate the results of man’s foolish acts of violence and the results of his wars.
The ground floor shall be a Pantheon, a house of worship for all with a common area in the centre; people facing each other in their meditations and prayer would manifest that all hearts are focused on one central point, the hob of oneness. One floor bellow will be the New World Museum (World Peace Museum), and the above floor will be the New World Cultural Centers, The Theatres, The Music Centers, the Opera Houses, etc. The upper floors will have other functions, but all in the direction of world peace and the universal ideals. The top floor beneath the Dome will be a Convention Centre of great magnificence with the capacity for more than 20.000 people. This centre shall be called The Charm Hall. Here is where all the scholars and peace lovers convene to converse about World Peace, and how to uplift the Planet and protect and preserve it permanently; and, how to conserve its resources in the best possible manner.
5 - World Peace Arches:
There shall be five arches in five directions before entering the ARK. Each one has to be a unique architectural masterpiece.
6 - World Peace Boat (Ark5 Life Boat):
It is a round-the-world cruise ship with the young beautiful peace crusading volunteers from all nations on board to disseminate the message of peace and help fulfill this divine mission through different programs and procedures, by constant denunciation of Global Threats especially the dangerous abuse of the Nuclear Science &Technology, and its proliferation.
7 - World Peace Caravans:
They are groups of volunteers traveling around the world by planes, trains, on buses, motorcycles, bicycles, horses, on foot, and other means of transportation through well coordinated Peace Catering Programs and Peace Missions.
8 - World Peace Bridges:
A chain of catalytic systems which enhance and stabilize human relations among different races, ethnic groups, and religions globally, including but not limited to the promotion of inter-race, interfaith, intercultural, and intercontinental dialogues, symposiums, conventions, conferences, seminars, and artistic, educational, and cultural exchange programs, and cyber groups, organizations, societies, and virtual communities, institutions, museums, libraries, social clubs, forums, and even Peace Purpose Marriages.
9 - The New World Academy (World Peace University):
It is the hub, the brain, and the nucleus of The New World Nation. Its mission is opening the gates of The New Way Thinking to the whole world. It should give wings to the peoples’ minds and put fire into their hearts and give man a new focus. It should go beyond the conventional thinking, conventional science, conventional methods, and conventional solutions to solve The New Worlds Problems. This task should be performed mainly in two manners:
A. Solutions: It should pool all the world brains and new thinkers; and through their collective ingeniousness constantly seek new approaches, alternatives, and superior ways for new man to manage himself and the Earth resources without having to destroy the planet – for he is definitely on the wrong course and soon there would be no way for him to make a U-turn, neither could he continue this course any longer – meaning he would be absolutely doomed
B. Oversight: The other mission of this institution must be the global oversight of science and technology and its direction all together and through out the world and make sure it is well directed and well-focused on humanity’s best interest and world permanent peace.
10 – The New World Nation and the Global Citizenship:
A Perfect Civil Society Global, a prosperous Peace Conscious Society Global:
The essence and the real purpose, our goal, our vision and our mission – all revolve around this dream and hopefully evolve into a manifestation and its realization.
But, this is not all a dream. There, already, exist and live among us such a nation silently. All we have to do is just giving it identity and status, and let it breathe. Those who care, those who dare to share, those who believe in stupidity of violence and wars, no matter in what form, shape, or under what mask, or for what cause; those who feel responsible for the wellbeing of this planet and the future generation and instead of sitting down constantly take action and strive to make a difference while categorically resist and oppose all forms of violence, and, by showing tolerance and love try to uplift human spirit and put grace on every face, and, those who reserve no prejudice against any race - they are all the precious citizens and the true gems of this great new nation, The New World Nation. Therefore, they are all entitled to global citizenship and unrestricted freedom of movement, no matter on what part of the globe they dwell. As long as their movement is directed toward the planet’s health and its growth, and the progress of their own lives and their fellow human beings as well, and ultimately, the benefit of the world at large – they all deserve the privilege of Global Citizenship.
The prime mission of this New Nation and its citizens is making every spot on the Earth equally habitable so we could have a balanced, sustainable, and survivable world. So, it should also function as a perfect global lighthouse and act as a Perfect Global Watchdog.

11 – The New World Nation Travel Document:
To those who have proved their merit and genuine commitment to serving humanity, after thorough screening, scrutiny, background check, using Biometric Technology, they will be given a travel document which enables them to travel all over the world freely as Global Citizens and/or Goodwill Ambassadors. Of course, this has to be coordinated with the world governments and their agreement and consent.
Since there will be an initiation fee and annual charges for such privileges - the priority will be given to the people of high echelon and prominence, like those of the high governmental officials, business and corporate executives and delegates, bankers, attorneys, physicians, scientists and scholars; and they shall receive VIP treatment par the level and category of their travel documents.
This is one of the venues of revenue for TNWN especially in the beginning.
12 – The Global Citizens Bank (World Peace Bank) (TNWNB)
This bank shall function as the main Micro-credit financier to make, promote, and help sustainable communities all over the world.
13 – The Global Citizens Co-operative Insurance & Pension
This has its own profound and practical system and highly dynamic functions.
14 – The New World Nation Governance:
The governance is based on a Perfect Community Supervision Globally. It is de-centralized and quite un-hierarchical. It is a Self-governed progressive Sustainable Model Society or Community, continually growing on the face of the earth, spreading and dispersing, based on The Oil Stained Strategy. In a way it is a Global Federal Government which receives directions and guidelines through its High Global Council.
15 – Global Mentoring, Coaching, and Volunteerism
It is one of the core principles and plays a very important role, and, will be discussed in detail separately.
